Professional Bill Pad ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application designed for shop owners, freelancers, retailers, wholesalers, and small businesses. We believe in complete transparency β and because your data belongs to you.
Professional Bill Pad is built with privacy in mind. We do not collect or transmit any personal data to external servers unless explicitly initiated by you (e.g., sharing an invoice via WhatsApp or email). All business data, invoices, customer details, GST information, business profile, and logos are stored locally on your device.

We never sell, rent, or trade any of your business or customer data. No remote servers receive your invoices or customer lists.
Professional Bill Pad performs CGST, SGST, and IGST calculations automatically based on the GST percentage you select while creating an invoice. All tax calculations happen offline on your device. We do not store or process tax/financial data outside the app. It is your responsibility to verify tax compliance, and the app simply acts as a tool to assist with calculations. No financial data is reported to any government authority by us.

You can deny these permissions, and the app will still work but certain features (PDF export or logo upload) may be limited.
The app allows you to share generated PDF invoices via WhatsApp, email, or any installed sharing app. When you choose to share a document, the PDF is temporarily stored and passed to the external app of your choice. Professional Bill Pad does not have access to your contacts, chat history, or the content you share outside. Third-party apps (WhatsApp, Gmail, etc.) have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
Our application is intended for business owners and professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information (since no data is stored on our servers, you may simply clear app data).
All invoice data and business profile information reside exclusively on your device's local storage. You maintain full control: you can delete invoices individually, clear all history from the app's settings, or uninstall the application to permanently remove all data. We advise that you keep regular backups of important invoices manually if needed, as device loss or uninstallation will erase local data. Professional Bill Pad is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, but we design robust local storage.
